Reviews and Ratings
After a 16-hour journey, the hotel greeted me with a quiet atmosphere in the room, though construction noise from across the street disrupted the morning peace. My 1410 corner King Room offered a delightful view of the outlets and the Sky Spa terrace pool. The room was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat.
My stay at the hotel was an amazing experience. The rooms were like sleeping on a cloud, executed in a minimalist modern style that was both pleasing and peaceful. The service, except for the front desk, was authentic and kind, offering amenities like dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and pet services. The location was perfect for a shopping trip, being in a great shopping and restaurant hub, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel is located perfectly near major highway intersections with excellent shopping and restaurant options, but my first night was disrupted by a leaky window. The room, although a bit spartan for two people, had a built-in desk and an unusual second chair. The service was exceptional, with kind and helpful staff. The dining experience, despite being in the lobby, was actually very good. Overall, a pleasant place to stay and work on my laptop.
Staying at the hotel was a mix of comfort and some quirks. The rooms were very clean and comfy overall, but the size and bed type did not entirely match the advertisement. The location, with its vibrant shopping areas and dining options, was a major highlight, although some noise could disturb the peace. The service was efficient and practical, but disruptions in the early morning affected relaxation. The dining choices were good, even though improvements could still be made in the experience.
The hotel's rooms are small for two people, but they are soundproofed and come with a Nespresso coffee machine. The atmosphere was generally quiet, except for the construction noise from across the street starting early at 7 am.
